Sujan Shrestha has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. sujan is currently the CTO & Founder of Outside, a digital agency and startup studio in Kathmandu. At Outside, they build startups in-house, assists companies with tech challenges, and organizes events and skill-building initiatives for builders in Nepal.

Before their current role, Sujan worked as the Head of Engineering at Ruca, starting in May 2019. Prior to that, they were the Engineering Manager at Pagevamp, where they were responsible for requirement analysis, resource management, and leading a team of engineers to solve business critical problems.

Sujan's career also includes experience as the Executive Director at Digital Agency Catmandu from February 2014 to July 2017. sujan began their professional journey at AM Nepal in October 2011, where they held the position of Sr. PHP Developer and Team Leader. In this role, they were responsible for line management, personal development of the team, strategizing, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

Sujan Shrestha attended Lalitpur Secondary Boarding School from 1992 to 2001, where they completed their SLC in the field of Lower Secondary Level education. sujan then went on to United Academy from 2002 to 2004 and obtained their +2 degree at the Higher Secondary Level. Finally, from 2005 to 2010, they attended Purbanchal University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
