Steve Barker currently serves as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Southern Wall Products, Inc., with an announced retirement set for May 1, 2025. Previously, Steve held various roles at Gypsum Management and Supply, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Strategic Business Development from August 2005 to May 2015. Additionally, Steve was the Vice President of Operations at Gypsum Management and Supply and the General Manager at Southern Wall Products, Inc. from October 2000 to August 2005. Early in their career, Steve worked at USG as an Area Sales Manager and Product Marketing Manager for the DUROCK Cement Board, where Steve successfully rebranded the product line. Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from Ball State University.
