Akhil Raj has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Akhil began their career in 2010 as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Electronic Arts, where they tested and reported issues for mobile games. Akhil then joined Google in 2011 as an Online Ad Ops, where they created, managed, and optimized ad campaigns for advertisers.

In 2012, Akhil moved on to Talentica Software, where they served as a Campaign Analyst I2, creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns for clients. Akhil also worked as a Team Coordinator, optimizing campaigns and collaborating with ad networks for business generation.

In 2014, Akhil joined PubMatic as a Sr Operations Engineer, handling client and publisher issues on the platform and providing custom reports. Akhil then transitioned to InMobi in 2016 as a Senior Solutions Engineer, working with product and client services teams for smooth feature rollouts.

Akhil's career continued to progress in 2018 when they joined Zen Cloud Technologies as a Senior Salesforce Solutions Engineer. Akhil worked as a bridge between the sales and engineering teams, resolving operational issues and providing level 2 support to the operations team.

From 2020 to 2023, Akhil joined MoEngage, initially as a Solutions Engineering Lead. In this role, they conducted product training, collected product feedback, and managed escalation prevention and improvement. Later, they became an Escalation Manager, handling top-tier client escalations and guiding the support team on long-standing issues.

Currently, Akhil is a Technical Account Manager at RudderStack, where they began in 2023. No end date is provided for this role.

Akhil Raj completed their B. Tech. in computer science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Hyderabad from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications, including Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services in September 2020, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Zen Cloud Technologies in May 2019, and IELTS from IDP IELTS (MOD IELTS) in February 2020.
