Shamil Ataev

Shamil Ataev has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shamil started their career as a Sales Assistant at Saburritos, where they provided excellent customer service and handled cash-in procedures. Shamil then worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Dell, where they contributed to the design, development, and modification of software products.

In their next role as a Student at the Technological University Dublin, Shamil studied various aspects of Computer Science. After completing their education, they joined Dell again as a Software Developer in Test and later transitioned to the role of Software Engineer, contributing to the development and testing of software products.

Shamil then moved on to Segment, where they worked as a Success Engineer, helping customers integrate Segment's API into their web, mobile, and server applications. Shamil also provided guidance on data structures and developed tools to improve internal processes.

Following their tenure at Segment, Shamil joined CluedIn as a Solutions Architect before transitioning to the role of Technical Account Manager. In this role, they worked closely with clients to understand their business needs and provided technical guidance and support to optimize their use of CluedIn.

Most recently, Shamil joined RudderStack as a Technical Account Manager, taking on the responsibility of ensuring the success of the company's clients through technical guidance and support.

Throughout their career, Shamil has demonstrated a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Shamil Ataev's education history begins with their completion of a Leaving Certificate in Science at Moyle Park College, from 2008 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Technological University Dublin, from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Shamil has also obtained several certifications. These include "Test Driven Development with .NET" from Framework Training - business-driven IT education in November 2018, and "Splunk Certified Power User" and "Splunk Certified User" from Splunk in July 2018. Furthermore, they hold certifications such as "Brand Certified" and "Social Media and Community (SMaC) Professional" from Dell, obtained in August 2016.
