Brian Ruf, CISSP, CCSP, PMP, is a seasoned cybersecurity professional and consultant with extensive experience in risk management and compliance. As the owner and consultant at Ruf Risk since September 2024, Brian focuses on helping organizations adopt OSCAL for cybersecurity automation and continuous monitoring. Prior roles include Director of Cybersecurity at Easy Dynamics Corp, where Brian led the creation of cyber-automation capabilities, and various leadership positions at Cisco, Noblis, CACI, Booz Allen Hamilton, and SRA International, contributing significantly to compliance with standards such as FedRAMP and NIST SP 800-171. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from Stockton University and has previously supported IT needs as an independent consultant.
