Ruffena Capital is a corporate finance business, that focuses on advising and raising capital for exceptional, privately held businesses in the £2-20m range. Our business is owned and run by our team, who have all had extensive experience in the industry, finance, and private equity. We also work on MBIs, M&A, secondary share sales, property and venture lending transactions.

We genuinely get to know the businesses and enjoy working alongside management teams we work with for a period, bringing our experience, perspective, and market knowledge to help them prepare the optimum investment plan and private, selective campaign to raise the capital they seek from the smartest sources available. We then source the optimal blend of equity and debt on the right terms and from the right investors, funds, and family offices for their business to really grow.

We do not typically work with start-ups but tend to work with established growth businesses seeking later stage investment. There are exceptions in life sciences and deeptech opportunities, where our investors sometimes invest earlier.
