Rob Little

Rob Little is an experienced CEO and entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning creative retail, aerospace, and international development. Currently serving as President of Ruffwear and a Mentor at Bend Outdoor Worx, Rob shares insights from their journey to support emerging outdoor brands. Previously, Rob co-founded and co-led Cairn, Inc., a leader in product discovery within the outdoor industry, and held roles in operations engineering at Lockheed Martin and in water resources development with the U.S. Peace Corps. Rob holds a B.S. in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
