Thaddeus Temple

Thaddeus Temple is a seasoned professional in manufacturing engineering and product development, currently serving as a Senior New Product Development Manufacturing Engineer at Ruger Firearms since December 2022. As the owner of C.N.C. Specialists since February 2012, Thaddeus has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previously, Thaddeus held multiple roles at Lycoming Engines from October 2017 to July 2022, including Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and Internal Quality Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Manufacturing Engineer at Norcen Industries Inc, where Thaddeus co-managed a team and developed quality management initiatives. Thaddeus holds a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology and has partial education in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
