Rugged is a third-generation carpet company, rooted in a legacy that dates back to 1959. Built on decades of expertise, we are leaders in the handmade carpet industry, with deep technical proficiency across design, product development, weaving, and quality control.

Our in-house manufacturing facilities reflect our commitment to excellence, producing superior-quality handmade, hand-tufted, handwoven, and hand-knotted carpets for both indoor and outdoor environments. With years of experience, we intuitively understand evolving client needs and adapt seamlessly to deliver tailored solutions.

We cater to a diverse clientele, including luxury hotels, corporate offices, resorts, high-end residences, and compact living spaces. From large-scale hospitality projects to intimate home environments—if there’s a space to furnish, we’re equipped to elevate it. We proudly collaborate with leading global hospitality operators and renowned interior designers.

At Rugged, every rug is treated as a work of art. Our skilled designers and artisans bring each concept to life with precision, creativity, and care—ensuring that every piece reflects the client’s vision while meeting the highest quality standards.

In addition to our handmade expertise, we offer contract manufacturing across machine-made categories, including Wilton, Axminster, nylon printed, and machine-tufted rugs. We have also pioneered a versatile range of indoor-outdoor products such as rugs, durries, poufs, bean bags, hammocks, swings, hand-crocheted products, and cushions—alongside our traditional weaves and knots.

With a dedicated design team based in Noida and manufacturing units in Bhadohi, Rugged is fully equipped to deliver end-to-end solutions for rugs, carpets, and soft decor—combining heritage craftsmanship with modern innovation.
