Lei (Ray) Sun is one of the Company’s founders and has served as the Company’s director and chief executive officer since October 2018. He also has served as a director and chief executive officer of Hangzhou Ruhnn Holdings Co., Ltd. since April 2016. From December 2012 to March 2016, he was the general manager at Hangzhou Ruhnn E-Commerce Company Limited. From January 2007 to November 2012, he was the vice general manager at Hangzhou Hedi Xiongjia Technology Company Limited. From January 2006 to December 2006, he was the vice general manager at Nanjing Binhui Information Technology Company Limited. From September 2003 to December 2005, he was the vice general manager at Hangzhou Zhijiang Network Technology Company Limited. Mr. Sun received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Zhejiang University in 2001, and his master’s degree in Computer Science from Zhejiang University in 2006.
