Andy Dam

Andy Dam is a Staff Software Engineer at Rula, where they have worked since 2025. Previously, they served as a Software Development Manager at Hyperproof from 2022 to 2024 and held various roles at Notable, including Software Engineering Manager, from 2020 to 2025. Andy also worked as a Software Engineer and Project Manager at ENCORED Inc in 2018 and participated in the Army National Guard as a Cadet and Tactical Intelligence Officer from 2013 to 2015. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an Associate of Arts at New Mexico Military Institute.
