Brian Ludwig

Brian Ludwig is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience across multiple companies in various technical roles. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Rula since September 2022, Brian previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Sift from January 2021 to August 2022, where excellence in team scaling and a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion were central themes. At MD Labs, as Head of Software Engineering, Brian contributed significantly to the software ecosystem's structure and daily coding initiatives. With a foundational background including roles as a Senior Software Architect, Founding Engineer, and Lead Software Engineer at various organizations, Brian possesses a diverse skill set in software development and architecture, complemented by a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Saginaw Valley State University.
