Gregory Hale

Gregory Hale, PsyD, LMHC, serves as the Senior Manager of Patient Safety at Rula since March 2024. Previously, Gregory held the position of Risk Management Clinical Quality Manager at Talkspace from December 2017 to March 2024. As the Clinical Director and owner of Hale and Associates, LLC/The Cottage Counseling Center from February 2007 to January 2022, Gregory provided therapy and mental health services. Gregory's experience as a clinical therapist extends back to January 1998 with Steiner and Associates, and earlier military service includes time with the United States Air Force from January 1986 to January 1992 in the 313th Air Division, 44th Fighter Squadron. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Arizona, a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from California Southern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
