Haichun Chen

Haichun Chen is currently the Head of AI/ML Data at Airbnb and serves as a Sr. Director, Head of AI Engineering at Rula. They previously held major roles at Netflix as a Manager in Data Science and Engineering and at Adobe as a Sr. Architect/Group Manager focused on machine learning projects. With a rich background including positions at Google and Inovelli Inc, Haichun has expertise in machine learning, data science, and cloud computing, alongside a commitment to inclusion and diversity in the tech industry. They are a PhD candidate in Physics at Purdue University.
