Leah Ditmore

Leah Ditmore currently serves as the Senior Compensation Manager at Rula since June 2023. Prior to this role, Leah held various positions including Manager of Total Rewards, People Operations, and Payroll at The Pill Club from May 2019 to June 2023. Leah's experience also includes roles such as Lead in Compensation & Benefits at JDRF International and Compensation Consultant at MediaMath, where duties involved global compensation and equity management. Earlier in the career, Leah worked as an Analyst for both Global Compensation and HRIS at Digitas North America, and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Brandeis University, where the journey began as a Compensation Assistant. Leah earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from Brandeis University and also attended Yonsei University, complemented by a foundational education at Stuyvesant High School.
