Tony Castelli

Tony Castelli has over 24 years of work experience. Tony is currently the EVP of Business Development & Customer Success at Rulesware. Prior to that, they worked at Pegasystems for 16 years, where they held various roles such as Regional Director and Regional Manager, Comms & Media. Tony also served as the Practice Lead for the Insurance Industry, managing accounts and generating significant revenue for the company. Before Pegasystems, Tony worked at IBM Global Services as an Associate Partner, overseeing transformation projects and generating consulting revenues. Tony began their career at Accenture, where they held multiple roles, including Experience Manager and Consultant, and contributed to consulting revenues of over $160 million.

Tony Castelli earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Fresno, from 1986 to 1989. Tony then pursued a Master's degree in Higher Education at the University of Connecticut from 1989 to 1991. Tony continued their education at the University of Southern California, where they obtained a Ph.D. in Political Science from 1991 to 1994.
