Steve Friend is an experienced law enforcement professional and bestselling author, currently serving as a special agent in the Jacksonville Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) since 2014. Friend's career includes significant contributions to investigations of child exploitation, human trafficking, and domestic terrorism. As a member of the FBI Daytona Beach Resident Agency Joint Terrorism Task Force, Friend has focused on enhancing security for major events. In addition to law enforcement duties, Friend has authored "True Blue: My Journey from Beat Cop to Suspended FBI Whistleblower," and is involved in media through roles such as The Morning Post at iTunes and The American Radicals Podcast at Rumble. Friend also serves as a Senior Fellow on Domestic Intelligence and Security Services at the Center for Renewing America. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
