Robert Dodson has held various roles in the powersports industry, starting in 1993 as a Sales Manager at San Diego's House of Motorcycles. Robert then served as General Manager at KCs Powersports from 2001 to 2004, where they increased annual Major Unit sales and implemented a sales process. From 2004 to 2012, Dodson was a Partner/General Manager at Fort Thunder Harley Davidson, achieving significant sales growth and profitability. Robert then became VP of Operations at America's PowerSports from 2009 to 2012, focusing on company growth and strategic planning. Dodson later joined Baton Rouge and Hammond Harley-Davidson as an Owner/Operator from 2012 to 2022, successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and attaining a #1 district sales ranking. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Mergers and Acquisitions/Real Estate Managing Director at RumbleOn.
From 1981 to 1983, Robert Dodson attended San Diego State University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree.
