You'll spend roughly 80,000 hours of your life working. Most people give this decision almost no serious thought. They skip straight to applying, sending hundreds of applications to roles they half-want, hoping something sticks.

Rumbo is AI career coaching that starts with self-understanding. Through structured assessments, a personal AI coach, and real exploration of how you think and what suits your personality, Rumbo helps you figure out what you're looking for before you go looking for it.

We've spoken to hundreds of people experiencing career uncertainty and the pattern is always the same: they have no idea what they want, so they default to whatever's visible. Rumbo exists to change that sequence. Understand yourself, understand the market, then find where you're positioned to do your best work.
