Brian Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer insights and quality assurance across multiple sectors. As a Senior Analyst for Customer Insights at Rümi since May 2023, Brian focuses on enhancing customer experience through micro and macro analyses. Previously, at WestJet from July 2013 to March 2023, Brian contributed significantly to the Experience Analytics practice, leading initiatives in digital metrics and UX research. Brian's earlier roles include Senior Quality Assurance Analyst positions at Optimal Payments PLC and Critical Mass, where leadership in quality testing for major clients was a central responsibility. Brian holds a B.Tech in Information Systems from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, complemented by studies at the University of Alberta and NAIT.
