Ally Maxwell has experience in instructional design, educational training, and administrative assistance. Currently working at Rumie and Tutor House, Ally applies instructional design principles to create multimedia microlearning, evaluates courses for alignment, and manages office functions. Previous roles at Ocean Shore School, St. Ignatius College Preparatory, and Holy Name School have showcased their expertise in developing curriculum, leading training programs, and maintaining compliance records. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Boise State University and a teaching credential from San Francisco State University, Ally brings a strong educational background to their roles.

The structure of Bytes coupled with their end-to-end digital delivery model enables Rumie to connect volunteers to those who most need upskilling today, as well as capture data at every point that further enhances the personalized learning experience.
