Anchal Sood

Anchal Sood is a seasoned Learning Designer with a diverse background in curriculum development and educational instruction. Currently serving as a Squad Lead and Learning Designer at Rumie, Anchal specializes in creating multimedia-rich microlearning modules and overseeing a team of Learning Designers. Prior experience includes working as a self-employed Learning Experience Designer, where Anchal analyzed learning needs and developed e-learning solutions for various sectors. Anchal's instructional experience spans roles at Kumon Canada, Papagoya Education Pvt Ltd, The Atelier, and Fitkids Education and Training, focusing on learner-centric approaches and innovative curriculum design. Anchal holds a Master of Education in Curriculum & Pedagogy from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, along with additional qualifications in Digital Learning Design, Dance/Movement Therapy, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from FLAME University.
