Rafaela Walteman is a skilled professional with extensive experience in product management and technical support, currently serving as a Product Owner at Rúmina since July 2023. Previously, Rafaela worked at Leigado - Inteligência para Pecuária for four years, holding various roles including Product Manager and technical support supervisor, where responsibilities included bridging the gap between farmers and development teams, identifying market needs, and prioritizing project objectives and functionalities. With a background in zootechnics, Rafaela applies design expertise to develop user-friendly web and mobile prototypes tailored for practical daily use.
