Stephen Kaplan has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Stephen started working as a Catering Director at Rumi's Kitchen in March 2011 and continued in that role until October 2012. During this time, they also took on the role of a Manager, responsible for day-to-day operations and back-office tasks. In October 2012, they joined Halperns' Purveyors of Steak and Seafood as a Sales Representative, achieving significant sales goals within a short period. In June 2013, they returned to Rumi's Kitchen as the Director of Operations, overseeing the restaurant's operations until January 2017. Stephen then took on the position of COO/CFO in the same company.
Stephen Kaplan attended North Springs High School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Stephen then enrolled at Georgia State University in 2007 and completed their Bachelor of Arts in Spanish in 2010. During their time at Georgia State University, they focused on International Business. In 2011, Stephen Kaplan pursued their Master's degree at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, specializing in International Business. Stephen completed their Master's program in 2013. Following their Master's degree, Stephen Kaplan attended Georgia State University College of Law from 2014 to 2017, graduating with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Stephen studied Law during this period. In addition to their formal education, Stephen Kaplan obtained a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Professional from the Georgia Real Estate Commission in January 2008.
