Manuela Mattei

Manuela Mattei graduated in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande and holds an MBA in BIM Management from IPOG. They have experience as a Senior Planning Specialist at Rumo, where they manage multidisciplinary project teams to enhance operational capacity and reduce costs. Previously, Manuela served as a Senior Operations Coordinator at Rumo Logistics, overseeing maintenance teams and ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines. Their early career included internships at Engevix and Dagnese, where they developed skills in engineering tasks and project documentation. Manuela continues to pursue professional development, having recently completed a course in Microsoft Power BI.
