Pablo Santos has extensive experience in operations and maintenance across various industries, currently serving as Líder de operações at Rumo since December 2017. Previously, Pablo worked at Votorantim Cimentos from 2013 to 2015 in mechanical maintenance within the mining sector, and at Renault Group from 2010 to 2013 as a production operator in automotive manufacturing. Earlier in career, Pablo gained experience as a maintenance technician at Elevadores Atlas Schindler from 2008 to 2010. In terms of education, Pablo is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in railway management at IPOS from March 2025 to April 2026 and holds multiple technical degrees from Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial in industrial mechanical maintenance, metal mechanics, and electromechanics, along with studies at UniDomBosco.
