Emily Darby

Emily Darby has over 15 years of experience in supply chain and inventory management roles. Emily is currently the Director of Supply Chain Planning at Rumpl, where they lead the planning and execution of supply chain activities. Prior to this, they worked at Serena & Lily as an Inventory Management Consultant, where they developed inventory planning reporting and tools. Emily also worked at Pottery Barn as an Inventory Strategy Manager, focusing on strategic inventory planning. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at ModCloth, including Inventory Strategy Manager and Sr. Inventory Strategy Analyst, where they developed reporting solutions and streamlined data sources. Additionally, they worked at Juice in the City as a Business Analyst, performing analysis and creating standardized reporting. Emily began their career at Gap Inc. as an Inventory Management Planner and Merchandise Planning Analyst, managing categories and developing product strategies.

From 2002 to 2006, Emily Darby attended Cornell University's College of Engineering, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Engineering.
