Jeff Lancial

Jeff Lancial has extensive work experience in product design, development, and merchandising, with a focus on retail branding and sales growth. Jeff is currently the Director of Product Design & Development at Rumpl, where they lead the product team in seasonal product development and merchandising. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Manager, Product & Merchandising at Rumpl, where they supported brand and sales growth through retail branded space design and product growth strategy. Before joining Rumpl, Jeff worked as a Product & Merchandising Manager at the same company.

Before their tenure at Rumpl, Jeff worked as a Contract Creative at JSL Creative from 2010 to 2021. Jeff was responsible for various creative projects during this period.

Jeff's earlier experience includes working as a Product Director: Design & Innovation at Shwood Eyewear. In this role, they had diverse responsibilities such as product line planning, merchandising, consumer research, production process-minded design direction, and international sourcing partnerships. Jeff also worked in graphic and product design at a·light Architectural Lighting, where they developed light fixtures for the architectural design industry. Prior to that, Jeff worked as a Lead - Advanced Assembly Line at Amerillum Brands.

Jeff Lancial obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a major in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
