Rumsey Construction is a 100% Employee Owned Utility and Excavation Contractor specializing in Multi-Family Development.  We cover all of Texas and Oklahoma, and have completed work in Louisiana as well.  Our primary focus is Multi-Family, but have completed many projects in the Commercial, Industrial, and School sectors as well.

We offer Site Civil Excavation, Water Distribution, Underground Fire Main, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Drainage installation as well as Duct Bank Work.
