Sarah Clapper

Sarah Clapper is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of Finance & Compliance at Run for Something since July 2025, Sarah oversees multi-entity financial operations and ensures compliance with GAAP standards. Previously, Sarah held the position of Director of Finance and Administration at Peer Health Exchange, responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities and budgeting. As Managing Director of Finance and Administration at Chicago Scholars, Sarah implemented systems to support organizational objectives while overseeing finance, administration, and human resources. With a solid foundation in finance and operations, including roles at Rainbows for All Children and American Bar Endowment, Sarah has also earned a Master of Science in Public Service Management from DePaul University.
