Weston Roberts has a work history that spans over 18 years. Weston started their career as a Master Control Operator at KSL 5 TV in 2005 and worked there until 2009. In 2011, they worked briefly as a Studio Technician at KSTU Fox 13 TV. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Master Control/Broadcast HUB Operator at Nexstar Media Group, Inc. Weston then took a break from their career to become a Full-Time Dad from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a Webcast Streaming Engineer at RUN Studios starting in 2023.

Weston Roberts has a diverse education history. From 2011 to 2013, they attended Southern Utah University and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production. In 2020, they enrolled at Green River College and completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services in 2021. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics at the University of Washington Tacoma, which they are expected to complete in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Weston has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills. Some of the certifications they have achieved include "Java: Testing with JUnit," "Learning Git and GitHub," "IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition Essential Training," "Nail Your Java Interview," "Object-Oriented Programming with Java," and "Oracle Java Certification" in various topics such as data types, operators and decision statements, and methods and inheritance. These certifications were obtained through LinkedIn in 2021.
