Run the Desk provides senior‑level executive and operational support for small and growth‑stage businesses that need structure, clarity, and consistent follow‑through. I support founders and leadership by managing calendars, communication, workflows, and day‑to‑day operational execution so priorities move forward without bottlenecks.

My approach blends high‑level partnership with hands‑on support. I keep leaders organized, aligned, and focused by handling the details, maintaining structure, and ensuring tasks and projects move from idea to completion. Everything is grounded in practical execution and clear communication.
