Elizabeth C. has over 15 years of work experience in Human Resources and related roles. Elizabeth began their career in 2005 as an Advertising Custom Print & Content Planner and Sales Analyst I at Republic Media. In 2014, they joined AIMS Companies as Human Resources Director and was responsible for all human resources functions for a 275+ employee, multi-state, multi-location industrial cleaning company. In 2017, Elizabeth moved to Erus Energy as Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for all human resources activities for a 250+ employee, multi-state, multi-location solar energy company. Elizabeth then founded and served as CEO of White Box Solutions LLC in 2013. In 2019, Elizabeth joined Paradigm Technology as HR/Payroll Manager and currently works as Human Resources Manager at RunBuggy, managing or overseeing all things people, less Payroll which is handled by Accounting.

Elizabeth C. received their Masters in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University in 2011, with a focus on Strategic Human Resources Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2009. Elizabeth also holds an Associate's Degree in General Studies, which they earned from Phoenix Community College in 2006. In addition, Elizabeth has two certifications: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM obtained in April 2015, and PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI obtained in January 2010.
