Mark Gilreath is a healthcare and medical technology executive and board member, currently serving as Chair of the Board at Spencer Health Solutions and as a founder/investor at Founders Fuel. From 2018 to 2024, they led United Digestive as founding CEO, growing to 1,500 employees before its acquisition by Kohlberg & Co. in 2023. They founded EndoChoice Inc. in 2008, led it to an NYSE IPO, and it was acquired by Boston Scientific in 2016. They previously held senior leadership roles at Given Imaging (1999–2008) and PENTAX Medical Americas (1992–1999), served in the U.S. Navy from 1989 to 1992, and served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Marcus Autism Center from 2017 to 2024. They currently serve on the boards of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (since 2022) and RunLoyal (since 2019).
