Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson is a senior M&A advisor with extensive experience in due diligence, integration, and carve-outs, having led over 300 deals. Currently serving as a Board Member and Co-Lead of the Investment Community for the Kellogg Network of Texas, they focus on enhancing engagement among alumni and industry professionals. Previously, Paul held roles at organizations such as Firm Resolve, where they managed enterprise-level integration strategies, and Alvarez & Marsal, where they improved private equity performance. They are pursuing an MBA at Northwestern University and additional studies in AI and luxury brand management.
