Liam Tait has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Liam currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at Runn since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Vacasa as a Senior Software Engineer from April 2021 to December 2021. During this time, they provided senior leadership, worked on the owner web application and API, and contributed to other systems in the micro architecture.

Before Vacasa, Liam was involved in the Self Sovereign Identity space at MATTR. Liam held the role of Software Development Team Lead from May 2020 to April 2021, where they provided technical leadership and people management. Prior to that, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at MATTR, where they played a crucial role in developing and showcasing Mattr's competence in the Decentralised Digital Identity and Verifiable Credential space.

Liam's career began at Spark New Zealand, where they worked as a Full Stack Developer from December 2018 to May 2019. Liam'swork involved developing proof of concept web and mobile assets, leading to the formation of the subsidiary company, MATTR.

Liam also worked as a Full Stack Developer at BePure from November 2017 to December 2018, focusing on React development and Python Django and Flask development on the BePure Platform.

Liam gained experience in frontend development at DeskDirector, where they worked as a Developer from September 2015 to October 2017. Liam'sresponsibilities included Angular and React frontend development on the DeskDirector client portal.

Liam also has experience in software engineering and game design, having worked at Clocktower Games as a Software Engineer & Game Designer from June 2014 to January 2016.

In addition to their professional experience, Liam was actively involved in student organizations during their time at Massey University.
