Iris Achterhof is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience, digital marketing, and photography. Currently serving as Team Lead (Tier 2 Tech) and Senior Customer Experience at Runna since July 2023, Iris has previously held various roles such as Personal Assistant to the CEO at BOXRAW, Digital Marketing Manager at Interfarms, and Influencer Marketing & Partnership Manager at Veloforte. Iris is also a talented sports, lifestyle, and commercial photographer, actively contributing to Ball Beyond Boundaries. In addition to a robust professional trajectory, Iris has competed as a football player for several clubs, including Nottingham Forest FC and Durham Women Football Club. Academically, Iris holds a Master's degree in Social Research Methods from Durham University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
