Chris Nickinson

Chris Nickinson has had a varied and successful career in the running industry. Chris began their career in 2003 as a varsity cross country and track athlete at Florida State University, where they were a four year letterman in track and two year letterman in cross country, and was a member of multiple conference and national championship track teams. In the same year, they were a Junior Counselor, Recreation Director and Staff Coach at the Nike Smoky Mountain Running Camp, where they were responsible for organizing recreation activities for 300+ kids for three weeks, producing daily slideshows, running audio/video equipment for daily guest speaker coaches, leading a group of 10-15 high school age runners on trails, and teaching afternoon sessions on various running related subjects. In 2008, they were a Longhauler for On Board Experiential Marketing, and in 2009 they became an Assistant XC/Track Coach at Booker T Washington High School. Chris also held two roles at RunnerSpace.com in 2009, as Chief Engagement Officer for Deker Net LLC properties and as Editor in Chief and Chief Social Officer for RunnerSpace.com.

Chris Nickinson attended Florida State University from 2003 to 2008, and studied Social Sciences from 2003 to 2007.
