They began their career as a Junior Manager at Steel Authority of India Limited, where they automated payroll systems and managed telecom operations. Swati has held significant roles, including Senior Product Manager at Freightwalla and Core Team Member at DICE, driving growth and innovation. Currently, they lead the product journey at Runo, continuing to leverage their data-driven approach to solve real-world problems. Swati holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a BTech in Electronics and Communications from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
