Sandro Mello

Sandro Mello is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and system architecture. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer and a founding member of hoop.dev since August 2021, Sandro has made significant contributions to developing secure access solutions for internal services. Prior roles include Tech Lead at Pismo, where secure identity solutions were delivered for major enterprise clients, and positions at Hash and TOTVS focused on infrastructure, reliability engineering, and modernizing product delivery through Kubernetes. Sandro's experience spans developing e-commerce platforms at VTEX, leading AWS solutions at Inova Tecnologias, and managing server infrastructure at Locaweb. Sandro holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology from FIAP, completed between 2013 and 2015.
