Justin Mongroo

Justin Mongroo serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO/CRO) at Runpod, focusing on AI orchestration and infrastructure to support developers and organizations in transforming proofs of concept into production. Previously, Justin held positions including Senior Vice President of Global Revenue Architecture at WP Engine, where responsibilities included leading go-to-market strategies and enabling various sales teams. Prior to WP Engine, Justin was the Vice President of Commercial Sales at Salesforce, overseeing Slack's integration into Salesforce across multiple verticals post-acquisition. Experience also includes roles at Slack, Conga, Intuit, and RGS Energy, with a strong emphasis on sales leadership, organizational growth, and digital transformation. Justin is an alumnus of Harvard Business School Online and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University.
