Joe’s extensive background includes executive roles at Neustar, TARGUSinfo, The Sytex Group, BioNetrix, and Xtria, contributing to advancements in information services, client engagement, and healthcare consulting. Joe holds an M.B.A. from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
