Happy Chhokar

Happy (Kirnvir) Chhokar is the Director of Operations and Business Development at runVT, an award-winning post-production house. With over a decade of experience at runVT, they have driven significant company growth by establishing five sites across the UK and expanding services in response to industry changes. As a co-founder of runFilms, a diverse production company, they emphasize nurturing in-house talent and fostering a collaborative culture. Chhokar is a former board member of Rise, a group for women in broadcast, and has held various roles in the industry, including Post Production Supervisor and Post Producer. They hold a Bachelor's Degree from Kingston University and a BTEC from Ealing Tertiary College.
