Charles Novoth

Charles Novoth currently serves as a Senior Account Executive at Runwise since September 2024. Previously, Charles held the position of Regional Director of Sales at Flair Systems from August 2022 to September 2024 and was the Director for the Philadelphia region at View, Inc. from February 2022 to August 2022. At View, Charles contributed to the manufacturing of Smart Windows designed to enhance health and wellness while saving energy. Charles’s earlier experience includes roles in enterprise sales and partnerships at PayPal and a graduate assistant coaching position at St. Ambrose University, where responsibilities included mentoring, data analysis, event organization, and budgeting. Charles began a career in marketing as a sports marketing intern at Binghamton University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Rhetoric from Binghamton University.
