Emily Cohen has been working in customer service since 2015. Emily began their career at Casting Networks, Inc. as a Customer Success Representative and later became Assistant Manager of Customer Success. In 2018, they moved to Breakdown Services as a Training/Support Coordinator. In 2022, they took on two roles, Customer Support Manager at Runwise and Customer Success Specialist at Clutter.
