Jeffrey Carleton

Jeffrey Carleton is the current CEO of Runwise, and was previously the General Manager at Beach Lane Management from January 2006 to December 2012. Jeffrey was in charge of overseeing the entire portfolio of over 150 buildings at Beach Lane Management, and was responsible for lowering building, fuel, electric and water consumption for the entire portfolio. Jeffrey also supervised the installation and monitoring of over 100 online Heat Timer boiler controls, with a total fuel savings of 20%. In addition, Jeffrey planned and coordinated construction of building wide upgrades, including plumbing, re-wiring, elevator modernizations, renovations and extensions with both architects and contractors.

Jeffrey Carleton received a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Brown University.
