Marcel Garon

Marcel Garon is an experienced professional in the field of real estate development and social innovation. Currently serving as the Director of National Growth at Runwise since May 2025, Marcel also holds the position of Investor at Euclid Power since March 2022. Previously, Marcel worked at Esusu as Partnerships Director from March 2021 to May 2025, where the focus was on facilitating rent payments and building credit. Marcel gained valuable experience as Partnerships Lead and Development Associate at The NRP Group LLC from June 2017 to June 2020, contributing to the development of affordable and market-rate housing. Earlier roles included Assistant Developer and Financial Analyst at JBG Smith, focusing on investments and acquisitions within the Washington, DC area. Marcel has also held leadership positions such as Co-Chair of the Urban Studies Undergraduate Advisory Board at the University of Pennsylvania and interned at Propeller: A Force for Social Innovation.
