Madison Smiser

Madison Smiser currently serves as a People Advisor at Raise The Bar and has been with runZero since January 2022, where roles have included VP of People, Head of People, and Head of Talent Acquisition. Previous experience includes serving as Technical Recruiting Manager for Zoom's Core R&D and a Senior Technical Recruiter at Duo Security, where a focus was on security solutions. Madison also held various recruiting roles at Providence Partners, NSS Labs, and taught English as an instructor and private tutor early in career. Education culminated in a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Morningside College.
