Anoop Murthy

Anoop Murthy has extensive experience in training and quality roles across various organizations. Currently serving as AGM - Training & Quality / Process at Rupeek since October 2020, previous positions include Sr. Manager roles at both Rupeek and STARTEK, where Anoop managed product and process training initiatives from June 2016 to August 2020. Experience also includes managerial roles in learning and development at Puravankara Projects Limited, and training management at Altisource and Tata Communications. Anoop's career began at Accenture as a Process Trainer, where responsibilities included training new hires and conducting internal audits. Anoop holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering.
