Shubham Kumar is currently the Associate Director of Product & Strategy at Rupeek, having previously served as General Manager for the gold loan product at IIFL Finance. They have an MBA from IIM Indore, where they received an academic excellence award for a project on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. Prior to their MBA, Shubham graduated with a BTech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Manipal University Jaipur, where they developed a strong interest in the Internet of Things and Embedded Systems, and published a paper in IEEE. With a passion for creating products that address real-world problems, Shubham brings a collaborative approach and a keen eye for detail to their work.
